Edited: she currently doing a competition to win a free customised phone case. which is open till the 1st of june where the winner will be announced, all you have to do is like her page and refer it other friends and family, and ask them to leave your name under the “i was sent her by …” and your name, the person that refers the most people will a case of there choice.

my little man is coming up for 5 months old now and its flown by, hes currently started weaning and have little bits of baby rice and fruit puree in the morning, its so cute watching him learn new things. hes had all his injections now and wont need any till hes a year old, which is such a sigh of relief, i will add some picture for you later on

So in the past 6 weeks I have decided to whip myself into shape and do more exercise and on a whole eat way more healthily!
This is mostly due to being a bridesmaid at the beginning of August, but also I just feel its about time I put a bit more effort into it lol.
I have been a size 16-18 since I was about 16- around the time I was diagnosed with a medical condition, I recently found out this condition is highly linked with struggling to loose weight, even if you put in alot of effort ( it is possible to just a lot harder and takes longer to show!). This also put me at ease, as I do lots of exercise as it is ( I will get into that in a minute!) and also dont eat badly-I cook everything from scratch. I have tried dieting for years but give up when I don’t see the results I want within what i see as a good time scale.
I’ve been a dancer since i was 4 ( so 20 years now!), I teach dance as well as dance myself. This has been my main form of exercise my whole life, I also do lots of walking as i do not drive and get the bus when i need to travel a bit more of a distance.
I have been getting home from work and doing at least half an hour on my wii zumba or just dance which after that long i start to feel I have done a decent amount. I also attend a 45 minute zumba class on a Thursday, which I go to with my aunties and I try to go for a long walk at the weekends.
So as I said at the beginning, I have been doing all of this for the past 6 weeks and I have now lost 20lbs!! I still have a hell of a long way to go to look how i want to ( i dont want to be skinny, it really wouldn’t suit me! I just want to be more toned!).
Funny thing is, all of my jeans are too big now, even with a belt so i had to get rid of them! SO the only things that fit ( because of the elasticated waist is leggings! So I have been wearing leggings every day, unless it is the weekend and I may wear a dress and tights lol.
Im hoping to lose anbother stone before I go away at the end of July, and I will keep you updated =)
