This is one of my quick and easy ways of making a delicious cupcake. Enjoy!
To make a batch of 12 cupcakes, you will need:
150g Self raising Flour
150g Stork Butter
150g Caster Sugar
2 Large Eggs
Vanilla Extract
For the topping you will need:
280g Icing Sugar
140g Stork Butter
4 Flake Bars
Bottle of Strawberry Sauce
Icing pipe.
How to make this:
1. Mix the caster sugar, butter, self raising flour and eggs into a bowl untill a thick texture.
2. Evenly divide the mixture into 12 cupcake cakes.
3. Place cupcakes into the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden brown. To check that the cakes are ready, place a knife through the center of the sponge and if it comes out clean you know
the cakes are ready.
4. Leave to cool for around 15 minutes.
5. To start the butter icing, mix icing sugar, a drop of vanilla extract and butter in a mixing bowl until a thick creamy texture.
6. Put the icing butter into your pipe and make a large swirl on your cakes, be creative :)
7. Cut the Flake bars into small peices and place one onto each cupcake.
8. Add a little of the strawberry sauce to each of the cakes and your done!
