This is one of my quick and easy ways of making a delicious cupcake. Enjoy!
You will need:
Ready Sponge Mix
1 Medium Egg
100ml Water
Betty Crockers Vanilla icing
Decorative balls
How to make this:
1. Empty the contents of a Ready sponge Mix into a bowl.
2. Add 100ml of water and 1 medium egg, mix untill thick consistancy.
3. Lay out cupcake cases onto a baking tray and tea spoon the sponge mix into each cupcake case.
4. Leave to bake in the oven for around 20 minutes.
5. When cupcakes look golden brown, remove from the oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes.
6. When cooled take the Betty Crockers Vanilla icing and fill into a icing syringe and coat the top of the cupcakes.
7. While they are still soft decorate the vanilla icing with edible balls.
8. When finished place in the fridge to cool for 30 mintutes.
